Our collection and online ordering are being prepared. You can send a gifting enquiry now. Here is the process we are building for personalised orders.
- Confirm your order and pay. Online orders are prepaid only. Product details, prices and timing will be confirmed before ordering.
- Review your artwork. Our team prepares a proof for your approval. Paid design assistance will be available.
- Approve before production. Your approval of the final artwork is required before personalised production starts.
- Quality check and dispatch. We coordinate with suppliers and confirm delivery arrangements for your order.
A few things you might be wondering.
Is GiftMine only for corporate orders?
No. Corporate gifting is our focus, and personal occasions, weddings, birthdays and return gifts are welcome too.
Can I order a sample?
Samples are paid. Ask us about availability and sample pricing for your requirements.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. Online orders are prepaid only.
Can I choose a delivery date?
You can share a preferred date in your enquiry. We will confirm what is possible; an enquiry does not reserve or guarantee a delivery date.
What if a gift arrives damaged?
Contact us with video evidence so we can review the damage. Where damage is confirmed to be attributable to our side, the remedy is a replacement. The detailed claims process and return-shipping arrangements will be published before online ordering opens.
